Soner Kioufi has been developing websites since 1998, setting up business in 2000. The business was being run on a part-time basis to start with, whilst Soner worked as a freelance web developer, later working for The Home Office Immigration & Nationality Directorate in 2003. The following work was undertaken by Soner at The Home Office: Redevelopment of the IND Intranet and Internet as part of team from 2004.
